crm outsourcing

Writing for the web is a difficult task for most people, especially those who are accustomed to writing for print. The basic difference is time viewer's attention. In a magazine or newsletter has more than the attention of your audience. Was looking through and reading whole articles because they have to decide to read or throw it out. That usually left with no other immediate alternative to the same information.

With most sites, people have the attention span of a goldfish (7 seconds). If you can not find what you want in just 7 seconds to go and look elsewhere. So how hold the attention of your audience?

A summary of the text: Keep your text short. You may want to go in depth on a topic, but the use of a blog, white paper or a downloadable PDF file if you want to delve into a subject.

Bullets and headings of the paragraphs: The points of Bullet and titles of paragraphs are very important if you include items out to your audience. It can quickly scan what you're looking for and ignore what does not like.

Graphics: Use graphics and colors to draw the viewer's attention to parts of the screen. This is the same strategy using the magazine, is the same for the web.

Keywords: This is the hardest part of some. To write a text correctly for the Web must use the keywords and again across the web. This is mainly for Search Engine Optimization (SEO), but because their audience will not read in any particular order. For example: If you owned LogicBright CRM, you want to make sure your URL (logicbright.com) appear throughout the website. We also use the keywords: CRM, Customer Relationship Management software for small and CRM software online, throughout the site. Do not forget to mention your competitors – you may be able to get some traffic from them.

Length: If you think that is too long, probably is. Even this article could be very long on a website that is not news or information oriented.

Keep it simple and follow the suggestions outlined above and your site will be optimized for the web audience.
