What is the best customer tracking / sales software application for a small business?

I have a small tutoring business and need a way to track leads, capture customer information and run Google Analytics on my data. We must also be able to keep things as the hours that the student has used, the amount spent, the total bill and the main channel through which we need to be able to customize fields and tables. I prefer have an online service (SoS) based on this rather than having to install, but this is not a requirement. We are also looking for something that can be easily implemented and supported. Does anyone have any recommendations for a good solution? If you are speaking from experience it would be great if you can tell me how to use the application, usability and cost. We are a small store (3 employees), so we are looking for something affordable but with excellent tools. Any comment is much appreciated!

ACT is a good program. I was an insurance salesman about 5 years and had to keep track of some of the things you listed. It fully customizable areas where you do not have a field that you wish you can enter it. You can also download this information to Excel for graphics and easy entry.
