How much will it cost to setup a Gigabit network infrastructure for a new store opening?

I have to write a report and budget on installing a Gigabit network infrastructure for a company facing a 10/100.

The basic wiring requirements will be the same both directions. CAT-5e wiring for gigabit will smoothly. You could go with CAT-6, but there is little advantage in doing so. The price difference is only in the cost of switches. Gigabit switches are almost ubiquitous and 10/100/1000 costs are much higher than for 10/100 arts. Once you've worked up the basic costs wiring, the price of 10/100 vs 10/100/1000 switch and have the answer.
